uptain develops automated solutions to win back users of online shops who interrupted their ordering process.

The developed JavaScript is integrated on the website of the customers and automatically determines those visitors who are about to leave the online store or have already left it, as well as the corresponding reasons for termination.

Based on the data obtained, the uptain algorithm generates an individual service message or a personalized dialog window for each drop-out to win back the customer for the online shop.
