For example, we have supported a product campaign and managed over 70,000 participants in Germany and Austria. In this campaign, every product bundle was given a number of points as an additional purchase incentive. When the specified target number of points was achieved, a personalised reward could be requested.

The points had to be stuck to a printed participant card in the packaging and sent to a PO box. We verified the cards on the basis of characteristics specified by the customer (including the authenticity of the points) and recorded the data in the PORTICA wcm online management system, where it was then made available centrally.

The manufacturer of the rewards received new data from us every week so that they could be personalised. Once we received the rewards, packing and shipping were initiated immediately via PORTICA wcm. And staff had fast access to all the data they needed for optimal participant support (via hotline and e-mail).
