Customer dialog with PORTICA at the mailingtage trade fair

(Kempen) On June 8th to 9th, 2011, PORTICA GmbH Marketing Support will present its wide range of services at Europe's leading trade fair for dialog marketing. At the mailingtage in Nuremberg, the fulfillment and process specialist will demonstrate how its services support the highly focused customer communication which plays an increasingly important role in today's marketing mix. Visitors to Stand 414 in Hall 4 will learn how they can benefit from various innovations. Among these are the integration of web-to-print in an advertising media web shop with which PORTICA responds to current demands for personalization in advertising material logistics as well as individual support for sales promotion and comprehensive e-commerce services. Specialists from PORTICA partners te Neues, a printing firm, and the IT firm GEDAK will also be at the stand. 

"With the web-to-print solution integrated in the advertising media online shop, PORTICA enables custom advertising materials and mailings to be created and ordered for a sophisticated clientele," explained Angela te Neues, product manager at PORTICA GmbH Marketing Support For example, the web-to-print solution enables brochures and other products to be personalized in a manner compliant with corporate image guidelines, then be downloaded as PDF and ordered. Complete mailers can also be developed. This concept is particularly interesting for companies whose advertising materials are used by partners (such as franchisees, dealers, branch offices, field representatives, etc.).

Available materials such as cover letters, flayers and enclosures are fully integrated in the advertising media online shop. These can be refined with individual components. Then the advertising materials are available for printing. If a mailer is to be sent, the user can fill out the request form online within the web-to-print application. The relevant data are taken from it. PORTICA merges the data with the cover letter, prints the personalized documents and sends them to be mailed. The user can access reports at any time to track the status of processing.

In the area of sales promotion, the PORTICA exhibition team will present the company's professional service, which covers complete handling of rewards and cash-back campaigns as well as loyalty programs. These IT-supported services enable businesses to implement time-critical campaigns successfully, without overtaxing their own resources. All services can be ordered in a modular fashion to match specific needs. In addition to that, users of the Magneto web shop have comprehensive e-commerce services available.
