- Procedure
- PORTICA developed a workflow concept in consultation with the client and advertising agency.
Displays, coupons and scratch cards were distributed to the Points of Sale (= 6000 retailers nationwide).
A post office box with the client's address was set up.
Statistics were gathered / game status was continuously updated.
Additional scratch cards were sent to the POS addresses on demand.
When full, the entry boxes were picked up.
Incoming scratch cards were checked and sorted for winners and non-winners and for main prizes and secondary prizes.
The winning cards were drawn under legal supervision.
The winners' addresses were located so that the client could award the prizes at the POS.
The secondary prizes were mailed to the runners-up with a personalized letter.

- Even when the campaign was still in progress, the special PORTICA monitoring and reporting system made it possible to pinpoint any weak spots in POS coverage and make adjustments accordingly.
